Founded by Miami-native chef Michelle Thrasher, Knockout Pastries opened in the Atlanta, Georgia market in 2021. Influenced by Latin flavors and Georgia’s southern charm. The idea to open up Knockout Pastries evolved over the enjoyment of watching UFC fights nights with friends & family. UFC nights became weekend rituals where we found ourselves preparing unique pastries and desserts for the occasion. This is how Knockout Pastries was born. With my 16 years of art and culinary experience, I was able to make Knockout Pastries a success.
